it could not be easier, no..... really

OK, it's time for your 1st log-in

Go to the provided webpage. Enter your User Name (email address) and the temporary password we provided you. REMEMBER to go change to a new permanent password in the "Settings" section once you're logged-in

the 1st thing you will see

Yes, it is indeed a map with icons, one for each of your tracked vehicles. The map size is defaulted by the locations of the outer-most vehicles. Meaning; if they are all in one city the map size should be city-wide. If they are spread over a large area, well you guessed it

prefer a satellite view ?

See in the top left corner? You can toggle between the default "Map" and "Satellite" view. You can do this at any time.

so, who do you want to see first ?

See that blue circle with the "+" symbol in the bottom right corner? Mouse-over or click it to open your view options, then click "Vehicles" at the top of the list

eeny, meeny, miny ....
select the vehicle(s) to view

Pretty self-explanatory here.However, if you have created "Groups" eg: Electricians, HVAC, Plumbers, you can unselect the other individual vehicles and just see the vehicles within those groups

see what's going on right now

Click a vehicle icon. A pop-up box will display a current data summary with: speed, travel direction, address & fuel level. You can also choose: street view, historical activity (date-range selectable) & forward current  location by email

what's been happening today

With the vehicle pop-up box open, select "today".The screen will update with route activities that include: turns, speeds, ignition on/off status, & enter/leave geozones. Select "Off" to remove route

so, what the heck do all these coloured icons mean?

On the main map, mouse-over or click the blue dot (+) in bottom right. Click on "legend" and voila! ... it now all makes sense

tell me when it happens

This where you pick your vehicles, what events you want to be notified about and who gets told. You can schedule notifications: all the time, just weekdays, no weekends, just work-hours
WARNING: Be very selective here ... too many event notifications will likely drive you crazy!

Set-up geozones (fences)

Geozones are a great way to know when and where a vehicle arrives and leaves a specific locations such as: Main office, compound, job-site, warehouse, Staff (safely) home. Select "Geozone" tab to get started. If you want to be informed, then go to the "Notifications" tab

settings & details (by vehicle)

Populate vehicle and setting stuff here.Add the name of the Driver, adjust speeding threshold, add the vehicle to a group and the perhaps include vehicle VIN  and/or plate #

add account managers

No one should have to go-it alone.
This is where you would add your trusted Managers and Administrators. Once info is added, they will get an email invite and have their own access credentials

This is where you, as the Administration Manager would update your contact information in case there was a change. They do say change is good, after all :)

by-event vehicle details

OK, you want to see even the smallest detail of a vehicle's activity on a particular date at a particular time .... well, here you go!
Speeds, turns, ignition on/off, enter/exita geozone. It's all here! Click the blue dot > "Details" > "Event History" or "Location Map"

history - pick a day... any day

Need to go back to a particular day and review a vehicle's activities because "something" may have happened?Click the vehicle icon on map, in the pop-up box, select the "clock" icon then select the date you want to review

it's all in the details

This is where you can view event report details by filtering what matters to you.Select from the header: date range, time, last event and group. The results can be viewed and exported by PDF, Excel or CSV formats

returns or warranty process

Remember that blue circle (bottom right)? Click it, then click "Support", In the tabs at the top either select "Warranty Exchange" or "Return Units". Check from the list, the device(s) you want to return or exchange for warranty and select "Submit". You will get an email with instructions for you. Don't fret, it's easy!
